What is GLOBO Ministries?
GLOBO Ministries is a not for profit organization founded by Dr. Gloria Morrow. Its mission is to promote good mental, physical, and spiritual health among hurting people throughout the world.
Reaching the Goal
GLOBO Ministries provides and promotes seminars, workshops, conferences, and classes to teach men and women how to live a healthier lifestyle based on the Word of God. GLOBO Ministries also teaches married and pre-married couples how to enjoy a victorious marriage.
Who is Dr. Gloria Morrow?
Dr. Gloria Morrow, a licensed clinical psychologist, is a Born Again Christian Believer who fully understands and embraces her purpose on earth. She has been called to help the Body of Christ to become mentally and emotionally healthy so they can be all that God has destined for them to be.
Dr. Gloria as she is affectionately called, has devoted her life to helping hurting people, and she is excited about following the call of Christ.
Dr. Gloria has the unique gift of integrating her academic preparation with Spiritual wisdom from God to foster healing and wholeness for broken people and preparing the body of Christ for meeting the mental health needs of silent sufferers in the pews.
Dr. Gloria is married to Rev. Tommy Morrow, Sr. Pastor of the Victory Community Church in Upland, California.
DOCTRINAL STATEMENT - What We Believe
- Scripture - The Holy Bible, the Old and New Testaments, as the undeniable, infallible, inspired Word of God (II Timothy 3: 16-17).
- God – The Triune God, One God expressed in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit ( John 1:1-14; I Tim 2:5; Matt 28:19).
- Jesus Christ – Jesus Christ, the son of God born of a virgin (Mary) gave His life on Calvary to atone our sins, was buried, rose from the grave and ascended into Heaven to join His Father. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can receive eternal life (Luke 1:26-33; 22:20; 24:46; Romans 10:9-10).
DOCTRINAL STATEMENT - What We Believe
- Holy Spirit – Third person of the Trinity who serves as a leader and guide once we receive Christ into our hearts. It is the Holy Spirit that empowers the children of God to follow God’s lead, and to receive the spiritual gifts that are available to all believers. (John 16:1-13; Acts 5:3-4; Titus 3:5; Matthew 3:11; Ephesians 1:13-14; I Corinthians 12:1-11).
- Man – The creation of God, made in His image and likeness. When Adam fell in the Garden of Eden, mankind fell physically, emotionally, and spiritually (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 5:12; 8:18-23).
DOCTRINAL STATEMENT -
What We Believe
- Salvation – The Eternal Life (salvation) is provided alone in Jesus Christ for all who believe and receive Him as Savior and Lord. Those who confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. We believe that baptism (water emersion) is an outward expression of an inward commitment to Jesus Christ. (Romans 10:9-10; Mark 16:16).
- Eternal Security – Those who believe and receive Christ as Lord and Savior have the assurance of Eternal Life. One’s Eternal Security is not predicated on the works of man, rather, on the promises of God (John 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; 2:8-9; Peter 1:5).
